Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Does online psychotherapy work?

There is growing evidence that online therapy works just as effectively as face to face therapy. At Psychotherapy online we make sure that you don’t miss out on any of the elements of the real human connection by offering face to face video conferencing in real time.

Why should I choose online psychotherapy?

You can access professional psychotherapy from the comfort and safety of your own home. During the COVID 19 crisis online psychotherapy has become even more relevant as your health and safety is prioritised. Furthermore online psychotherapy can feel like a more confidential option instead of attending a local counselling service.

All of our psychologists & psychotherapists are fully qualified, experienced, accredited, garda vetted & have specialist trainings. Please browse through the ‘therapists’ section and pick the therapist most relevant to the issues you would like to work with.
